Base – High Density Polyethylene plastic commonly referred to as P-Tex

Edges – Hardened carbon steel

Base Fabric – Quadraxial weave carbon fiber fabric

Core – Poplar, a light weight hardwood

Sidewalls – Ipe, a very stiff, water resistant Brazilian hardwood. Ipe enhances torsional rigidity which translates into increased holding power on ice.

Tip Fill – Biaxial fabric – Biaxial fabric contributes to torsional rigidity without appreciably increasing flexural stiffness.

Top Fabric – Quadraxial weave carbon fiber fabric

Top Sheet – Dye sublimated image on either Nylon or PBT plastic. Choice is limited to availability.
