Warranty

Mert Skis warrants its skis against mechanical defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Mechanical defects include delamination, breakage, blistering of the base, and separation of the sidewalls. Pull out of binding screws is covered only for bindings mounted by Mert Skis. The purchaser recognizes that Mert Skis are hand-made and, as such, may contain small cosmetic defects that do not affect the overall performance of the ski. Any cosmetic defects for which warranty relief is sought will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A return authorization is required for all warranty returns. At its own option, Mert Skis will either repair or replace skis returned under warranty. Mert Skis guarantees that any skis repaired under warranty will perform at a level equivalent to newly manufactured skis.
